Cross Training: Boot Camp Details
Get a safe, effective and exciting workout each session no matter what your shape, size or ability! If you are a beginner, advanced or somewhere in between, you will get a work-out that ensures that you burn as much fat as possible, while improving your health and wellness.
You will need to bring a set of 5, 8, 10 or 12 lb dumbbells, a yoga mat, a bottle of water, ankle weights, a towel and a rain coat in case Bob Breck is wrong about the weather.

All of the Power In The Park - Cross Training: Boot Camp trainers hold nationally accredited personal training certifications and multiple years of experience with proven track records for helping people reach and maintain their goals!
Times And Locations
The Power In The Park - Cross Training: Boot Camp allows you to attend as many boot camp classes as you desire in a four week rotation. Cross Training: Boot Camp classes are now offered five days a week for four weeks. Cross Training: Boot Camp classes are offered in Mid-City at 5:30 AM (Monday, Wednesday and Friday), 6PM (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and at 8 AM (Saturday).
